  - A.  The Dublin event facilitators volunteered their time.  All Westerville staffed table facilitators were salaried employees, with no costs incurred for their attendance.  

The Dublin event facilitators indicated to one person they were being paid, if the city did not pay them, who did?

Q. In the meeting words were spoken that indicated Otterbein University had donated the use of the facility.  Did they donate the use or did the city pay for the use?

  - A.  The facility costs were approximately $850. Clerical staff time to handle the sign-in table at approximately $125 and the police security presence at approximately $625.
